These terms govern use of fescise.com and purchases from FESCISE, operated by DIVIDE WATER INC. They should be read together with the Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund, and Product Warranty & Claims policies. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Accounts and accurate information

Customers must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate, current information. Account credentials should be kept secure. Contact us promptly if unauthorized activity is suspected.

Product information and measurements

We aim to present products accurately. Photography, displays, natural materials, manufacturing tolerances, and production changes can affect color, grain, texture, pattern, dimensions, weight, or finish. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated. Customers should review the listed dimensions and delivery path before ordering. Accessories, decor, assembly, installation, or services shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Inventory may change without notice. We may limit, reject, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material catalog or pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, or delivery limitations. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the affected item.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, customs, or destination charges may be added where applicable. Payments may be processed by PayPal or another provider displayed at checkout and are also subject to that provider’s terms. An obvious system error may be corrected; if a correction materially changes an order, we will request approval or cancel and refund the affected item as required by law.
